Happy Scribbles, Inc., is a small publishing company.  Unlike bigger established publishing houses, we do not offer returns on our products to Distributors.  All sales are final, unless of course a product was damaged during shipping. In that case, we will replace the product.   We only offer a 40% discount off the retail cover price on our products.  Minimum purchase to receive discount is 10 pieces.  The pieces can be a combination of different products we publish. Shipping costs to be covered by Distributor.

Non-Profit Organizations who which to use our products for Fund Raisers, will receive the same 40% discount off retail cover price as distributors.  We will accept returns of the products not sold by your Organization, however, returned merchandise must be in it's original unopened wrapping to qualify for a return. Merchandise must be in it's pristine state to quality for a refund.  We will of course, exchange any product that may have been damaged during shipping.  Shipping costs to be covered by Non-profit Organization.
